To edit an existing package, we recommended you open the zip file  using standard software (no need to fully unzip), then copy or drag/drop  the included index.html file to your desktop. Make any changes, then copy/paste it back into the package. This will ensure the least chance of corrupting the package.

Restrictions

  1. The package can have any name, but must end in .zip.
  2. One of the files in the ZIP package must be named index.html.
  3. ZIP packages can contain: Cascading Style sheets (CSS), image files, JavaScript files, HTML files.
  4. Certain HTML properties may be disabled in the UBCMS environment, such as the <body> tag "bgcolor" attribute.
  5. Be sure to carefully test your code for all major bowsers (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome) before uploading to the UBCMS.
