A file will not delete from the DAM and no error message appears.
An author is trying to delete a file from the Digital Assets Manager; however, after clicking "delete," the file isn't removed from the DAM and no error message displays indicating there may be an issue.
If a file in the DAM is referenced, meaning it's linked to another page, a user will not be able to delete the file. The file must be deleted first from the page(s) on which it is referenced, then it can be deleted from the DAM.

Expect UBCMS outages Wednesday mornings from 4:30 to 6:30 during routine updates.
