Some UBCMS components, like Title, can be given an ID, which acts as a target anchor to support linking. If no ID is provided, the UBCMS generates an automatic ID.

We will investigate this issue further.
Meanwhile, the workaround is to give your Collapsible Content Containers an ID. Indeed, it is best practice to give all of these linkable components an intuitive ID to support direct linking.
