If the author environment or published websites are down, call the Network Operations Center any time: 645-3531
When calling, please provide:
- your contact information
- which UBCMS environment (author or publishing) is affected
- a brief description of the problem
Then complete the Critical UBCMS Problem form.
Report Critical UBCMS Problems with the author environment or published sites.
Critical problems include the author being down, not being able to publish changes to pages, and problems with business-critical* sections of published sites. We will act on these concerns as quickly as possible. (Outside of regular business hours, follow the emergency instructions above.)

Non-critical problems include components or tools not behaving as expected and non-critical technical bugs. We will normally respond within one business day. If this becomes more urgent, call 645-6969.
