The Help Desk team is constantly working to update our documentation. Recent changes are noted below. We plan to post regularly about these updates.
The UBCMS suffered several server outages in recent weeks due to extremely large images. Images greater than 4,000 pixels in height or width were now blocked in the author environment (more details). Now we have adjusted how the servers render images and this is no longer a concern. Images of any size can be uploaded and restrictive language on the following documents has been adjusted accordingly.
