Updates for the week ending August 2, 2019

Formstack forms - Warned against using default 'Other' field in lists (not labeled correctly) and the built-in date picker tool (functionally inaccessible). Adjusted corresponding documentation on:
- Forms (Advanced topic)
- Formstack (Form component)
- Accessibility: Form Headings and Labels (Site Administration and Stewardship)
Search (More component) - Updated to describe the current settings.
Specialist components - Clarified that developer skills are needed, but Specialist permissions are not required.
