Updates for the week ending September 13, 2019

Specialist Components renamed Developer Components - For less confusion, this group was renamed. (Specialist permission is not needed to use these components.)
Page Properties - These images now support a 'This image does not require alt text' option.
Photo (Core component) - Zoom caption now has a Rich Text Editor for formating.
Video Gallery (YouTube) (More component) - New setting limits number of videos displayed.

Code Deployments

- Specialist Components renamed Developer Components and includes Content Optimization Container.
- Page Properties: Images used in teasers/lists now support 'no alt alt required' option.
- Youtube Playlist: Added a limit option to display only the first videos from a playlist.
- YouTube Video: Fixed a bug where start time was ignored.
- Hero Slidedeck: Images no longer overlap other page content and height is correct.
- Photo: Zoom caption can now be rich text.
