Updates for the week ending May 11, 2018

Known Issues:
- Form Submissions Are Duplicated - Problem likely relates to having more than one GTM code on the page.
- Vanity URLs Do Not Work on Secure Pages - Vanity URLs set on Secure pages must also end in -pw. Teh workaround is to place them on a separate redirect page. Added caution these pages:
  - Authentications (Secure Pages)
  - Redirects and Vanity URLs
- UBCMS Form Container Data Editor Shows No Data - Resolved. The "Bulk Editor" has been replaced. The new tool can be reached the same way, by clicking "View Data" in any form set to store data. Any bookmarks to viewing data the old way will need to be updated.
- Video (YouTube) (More component) - Cross-reference aboiut embedding Panopto video.
Code Deployment

  - Form Container bulk editor replaced.
  - Accessibility - minor HTML and CSS changes.
