Partial fix for Formstack form required fields do not validate (Known Issue) - We believe may have fixed some instances of this issue.  

UBCMS form storage container now provides a handy CSV download option.

Code deployments:

  • 05/02/2024
    • Removed unnecessary fields from the form data page.
    • Implemented CSV download button on form data page.
    • Added support for prefilling User Info Loader data on Formstack V3 and V4 forms.
