YouTube video displays a gray thumbnail

The Issue

gray generic video thumbnail image.

Video components display their YouTube video with gray generic thumbnail. This correlates with selecting the 'play in popup' setting.

Workaround

We are investigating a solution for this issue. YouTube appears to be trying to load a high resolution image that may not be present (maxresdefault.jpg). 

A workaround is to not use the 'play in popup' setting.
