On Aug. 1, 2018, the roles and permissions in the UB event calendar changed. UB units now define who can publish events to the calendar on their unit’s behalf and specify the calendar roles each should be granted. Please contact your senior communicator, calendar team lead or the UC calendar team if you have trouble contributing events.
Be sure to turn off notifications in the settings. Unit admins and power contributors will receive notifications for every event or order submitted for approval unless you turn these notifications off. Check out the FAQ for instructions.
UB faculty and staff can request permission to contribute events to the UB Events Calendar.
Requests for calendar permissions will be submitted for approval to the requester's Calendar Team Lead/Senior Communicator before permissions and calendar roles are assigned. Learn more about Calendar Roles & Permissions.
