What is 'Critical'..?

Problems affecting system-wide functionality or service (i.e. multiple pages/sites/users), such as:

  • author or publisher servers down
  • multiple authors cannot log in (not user-specific issues)
  • multiple authors cannot activate pages (not page-specific issues)
  • system-wide slowness

If your problem is not listed above, but your website is badly compromised, use our Serious Problem form to fast track a solution.

If you are just having difficulty with a UBCMS feature, please follow our Non-Critical Technical Problem procedures.

Support over Winter Break

Dec. 21 through 31, the DCT Help Desk will support critical services as usual, but our turnaround for routine service requests will be constrained by staff availability. There will be no non-emergency coverage Dec. 25 or Jan. 1.

After hours..?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
