Step 4 - Live Site Approval

In this step, you'll verify your public LIVE site has been successfully activated on NextGen.

Timeframe: 1-2 days for review

Review your live sites as soon as possible

Your sites are now live on NextGen and publicly visible. Review them as soon as possible to reduce visible risk.

Change freeze continues

Do not
make general content edits or publish new content during Step 4 — they will be lost if a rollback is needed.

What to do in Step 4

EAS will notify you when SITE ACTIVATION is complete.

  1. Review the same pages you reviewed in Steps 2 and 3 on your public LIVE site. Verify:
    • LIVE site matches the AUTHOR version you approved in Step 3
    • All pages and components display correctly
      • If you notice a NextGen-related issue — typically a custom code adjustment or an image component that didn't map correctly — you may make that fix and publish it. These are expected finishing touches.
      • If you encounter something beyond your ability to fix — a conversion error or something that looks fundamentally wrong — do not attempt to correct it yourself. Please report a conversion issue and EAS will assist.
    • Any unpublished changes from Step 1 are now live as expected
  2. Once you verify your LIVE site is accurate, submit LIVE approval.

What to expect next
