Conversion Approval

  • Step 2 - QA2 Approval Form
    5/4/26
    Submit this form after reviewing your site on QA2 and confirming it's ready to move forward. This triggers EAS to convert your AUTHOR environment.
  • Step 3 - Author Approval Form
    5/4/26
    Submit this form after verifying your AUTHOR environment matches your approved QA2. This begins the change freeze.
  • Step 4 - Live Approval Form
    5/4/26
    Submit this form after verifying your public LIVE site. This ends the change freeze and completes your conversion.

Support

  • Report a Conversion Issue
    5/27/26
    Use this form to report UBCMS components or template elements that aren't working correctly in NextGen — display problems, functional issues, or anything that doesn't behave as expected.
